The Tripod Modular Lighting System

As most of our customers already know our mission is: To Revolutionize Machine Vision Lighting. During this recent economic slowdown, we have chosen to use our time wisely. We have been working hard on the latest innovation for the Machine Vision Lighting Industry. The Tripod Modular Lighting System is the result of 12 months of research and development. You may be asking ... Why would we develop such a product? The reasons may not be clear to you until you understand the benefits.

The first benefit is cost savings:
A single Tripod unit can be used as a spot light. We offer this with a list price of $246.40, including the power connector and mounting brackets. We offer four (4) different price breaks for the Tripod Units. For example, the list price for 31+ units is $160.00 each (power connector and brackets sold separately). Now take a look at our competitor's price for a spot light and you will usually find them priced at $325.00 and up.

The second benefit is flexibility:
You can connect multiple units together to achieve your required configuration. When the project is complete the Tripod Modules can be disconnected and reconfigured for the next project. No other lighting system can do that !

The third benefit is simplicity:
The LED driver is built into each Tripod module and runs on 12-30VDC (only one module needs to be connected). It includes PNP and NPN strobe inputs, 0-10VDC analog input and an LED error output. A burst feature is built right in, eliminating the need for a costly LED overdrive controller. Each module comes equipped with a manual potentiometer (for intensity adjustment) and a burst override switch.

You may be wondering how we can offer these lights at such a reduced cost. We can do this because each Tripod module housing is molded using a state of the art thermally conductive resin. Since it is molded, our housings required no additional milling or machining, thereby eliminating those costs.

Simply said, the Tripod Modular Lighting System stands in a class of it's own !
