Every Wash Down Series Light that we build is designed using FDA compliant white delrin and/or 316 stainless steel for the enclosures. The Wash Down Series Lights use only FDA compliant silicone rubber or white nitril for gaskets. Every fastener used to assemble our Wash Down Series Lights are 316 stainless steel to meet FDA requirements. The lights are laser etched with the proper part identification at our facility. Laser etching is essential because a label or screen printing would facilitate bacteria. All Wash Down Lights are then hydrotested to ensure they meet IP68 standards.
